What could be better than the open source FTP program Filezilla ... It is really fast at uploading and downloading files.

I agree with Robin, I don't find anything special with Coffee cup. The free version is hell slow. I better use a browser FTP rather than using any of these mentioned. Most of them suck because they are free FTP software. The paid versions are always better because then you pay for the service. Fair enough.

I don't understand what is good about Coffecup FTP. May be the paid version is good but the free version is damn slow. I have used almost all the ftp programs in this list except the Bulletproof FTP. And I wouldn't say that Coffecup is the best. May be they have marketed the product so much that they have a lot of supporters. But explore a little and you will find super fast free FTP programs.
Just my 2 cents.

Filezilla is a freeware too and perhaps the best. Since day one I have been using filezilla and never had any problems. I have heard bad things about most of the other FTP programs, specially Ace FTP, users can't connect when the house is too full. Nothing of that sort with Filezilla. Sorry, don't like to compare things but certainly, there is no better way to review stuff. Filezilla is the best FTP software.

Coffee Cup is the BEST! I have used most of the other free/paid FTP software but most of them suck. Specially the paid versions. Coffeecup is free and one of the best FTP with advanced features. What more you need? Why pay when there is a great freeware FTP software? Go with Coffeecup and make your life easier.
